Dan Clinton “Clint” Adams, 75, of Drakes Branch died April 1, 2010. He was a retired employee of Stanley Land and Lumber, a US Army veteran and a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mary B. Adams, daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Tune Devin of Wylliesburg, son, Tim Adams of Drakes Branch, brothers, Billy Adams and Harvey Adams of Drakes Branch, George “Jiggs” Adams of Saxe, sister, Katherine “Kat” Irby of South Boston, grandchildren, Adam Devin, Travis Adams and Tanner Adams. The family will receive friends 7:00-8:30 Friday at Wood Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Lebanon United Methodist Church with Rev. Al Green, Rev. Steve Carne and Mr. Ralph Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with full military honors.
